This website provides general information about M&L Insurance and its services. A form submission is a request for follow-up, not an insurance application, binder, policy change or confirmation of coverage.
Coverage and claims
Coverage is subject to the insurer’s underwriting, policy terms, limitations and exclusions. Claims assistance requests sent through this site do not report a claim directly to an insurer. Use the claims contact on your policy for time-sensitive reporting.
Contact preferences
Submitting a request allows the agency to respond by phone or email. It does not sign you up for automated marketing texts. Newsletter email consent is separate, and you may unsubscribe through the newsletter email.
