David Vaandering joined M&L Insurance after moving from Ontario, Canada to Florida in 2001. Coming from a family with a strong background in retail and manufacturing, David understands that customer service is the foundation of any successful business.
Over the years he has developed strong working relationships with financial institutions, real estate professionals and legal professionals across the country. His experience and industry knowledge have helped grow M&L Insurance into a trusted agency serving clients throughout South Florida.
Outside the office, David enjoys fishing and spending time with his family while cheering on his sons Cameron and Taylor in football and hockey.

Sandra Naranjo has been part of the M&L Insurance family since 2008 and has worked in the insurance industry since 2000.
Originally born in Puerto Rico and raised in Colombia, Sandra brings decades of experience guiding clients through the changing insurance landscape. She works closely with the leadership team to help the agency grow while ensuring that every client receives attentive and personalized service.
Sandra is known for creating a positive and welcoming workplace environment and is often accompanied at the office by her three dogs Bauer, Cooper and Tango.

Taylor Vaandering began his career with M&L Insurance as a customer service representative after graduating from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2015.
Over the years he developed extensive knowledge in both personal and commercial insurance lines, eventually becoming Commercial Lines Manager in 2024. Taylor works with businesses across South Florida to structure policies that properly protect operations, vehicles and liability exposures.
Outside of work Taylor enjoys playing ice hockey and golf.

Jessie Ago has been part of the M&L Insurance team since 2006. A graduate of Florida State University, she has built strong experience across multiple areas of the insurance industry.
Known around the office as “The Book” because of her remarkable memory, Jessie is often the go-to person for policy knowledge and client history.
When she is not working with clients, Jessie enjoys poker, music, movies and spending time with friends and family.

Sal Franco joined M&L Insurance in 2012 and brings decades of experience in financial services and insurance.
Prior to joining the agency, Sal spent 16 years with AXA Equitable and Allstate and previously worked in sales, marketing and project management roles with IBM.
Sal specializes in life insurance, disability insurance, group and individual health insurance, Medicare planning, annuities, long-term care coverage and retirement planning.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is a devoted University of Miami sports fan.

Daniel Rivas joined M&L Insurance in 2004 and works with both personal and commercial insurance clients, specializing in home, auto and general liability coverage.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Daniel has lived in South Florida since 1992. He holds degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics and previously worked as an IT project manager and consultant in both the insurance and technology industries.
Outside the office Daniel enjoys golf, surfing and coaching youth baseball and soccer.

Bibi Singh has more than 21 years of insurance industry experience. Before joining M&L Insurance she worked with Weichert Insurance Agency where she served as a Senior Account Manager.
Bibi relocated to Florida in 2019 and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to the Caribbean.
